Hi, I’m Jenna; a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate passionate about helping others lead more fulfilling lives. I believe everyone has the power within them to make lasting changes and overcome difficult circumstances—and I’m here to walk with you on that journey.
I have extensive experience working in community mental health services and am excited to bring that experience into private practice. I support individuals 18 and older experiencing depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, psychosis, and mood-related challenges. My approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed. I am currently completing basic training in EMDR and believe strongly in its effectiveness in helping individuals heal from trauma.
Working With Me
I’ve always believed that everyone deserves a safe space where they can be fully seen and heard. Each of us carries a unique story — here’s a little glimpse into mine. I grew up in Southern California and have called Austin home for nearly a decade. Outside of my work as a counselor, I love spending time in nature—whether that’s hiking a nearby trail, camping under the stars, or sitting by the water soaking in the sounds around me. I’m also an animal lover with a lively home full of four cats, one dog, and a curious little hedgehog who keep life interesting.
I played collegiate basketball, and that experience taught me the value of teamwork, resilience, and how movement can be both a form of self-care and a powerful therapeutic outlet. When I’m not working with clients, you can often find me at the movies with a big bucket of popcorn, playing video games, hiking with my dog, or exploring a new food spot. My hope is to bring the same sense of authenticity, balance, and compassion that I value in my own life into the space I share with each person I work with.

Rates and Insurance
Standard rate for 50-minute session: $120
I am not currently in network with insurance at this time.
A limited amount of sliding scale spots are available upon request.
