"I never lose, I either win or I learn."
- Nelson Mandela

Before sowing my seeds in Austin, I grew up in the quaint town of Las Vegas, Nevada! I received my BA from the University of Nevada Las Vegas Nevada, then decided to move to the beautiful state of Texas for grad school. Here in Austin, I received my MA from St. Edward's University. I have experience working with adults, teenagers, and families. I’ve worked in settings ranging from community mental health to private practice, supporting clients through grief, anxiety, complex trauma, and life transitions. My specialties are trauma/ PTSD, narcissistic abuse, and sex worker issues.

I currently provide therapy for adults and teenagers seeking to better understand themselves, heal from painful experiences, and build lives that feel authentic and self-directed. I’m especially passionate about helping people unlearn shame, reconnect with their bodies, and reclaim their voice after trauma. Nothing excites me more than watching someone step into their power.

Working With Me

Outside of work, I’m an animal lover, an international traveler, and a music enthusiast. I love singing karaoke, hunting for vintage goodies, swimming, and reading a great book in between dips in the water. I'm a bit of a night owl; I find my creativity flourishes when the world is quiet. But I'll wake up for the perfect sunrise hike, early bird flight, or even the rope drop at Disneyland.

My practice is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, anti-oppressive/ anti-racist, sex worker-affirming, and LGBTQIA+ allied. Clients often tell me that therapy with me feels “real” — like talking with someone who actually gets it. I show up as both a professional and a person. My authenticity and hospitality are my superpowers. I believe the best healing happens when we can laugh, cry, and be fully ourselves in the process. I truly want to meet you where you are and walk alongside you in your mental health journey.
